product is good, using good materials. But u have to put at the right position to be really effective. Using it for walking is no problem. Slight problem for jogging as I could still feel some pain at my joints. Maybe a little more adjustment to fix correct position. I am 180cm tall but weighs 115 kg, so a good support for me is very important. Also, it is a bit too small for me. Overall, it is a good product for most people who are not big and heavy like me. I would still recommend this product to everyone.
